At the end of 2021, our KRAVolution trainers were in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania at the correctional education centre for training on self-protection and self-defence.
Contents of the training, which took place under the direction of our lead instructor Carsten Draheim together with the KRAVolution LE instructors, were Krav Maga self-defence techniques and tactics, in connection with communication and body language, tactical behaviour in conflict situations, teamwork in self-defence, behaviour in the case of assaults, freeing techniques in contact attacks as well as techniques in self-defence and emergency situations in confined spaces (prison rooms).
