On Saturday 22.04. our instructors Carsten and Patrick will give 2 seminars in the capital.
From 09:30 – 11:30 a children’s Krav Maga seminar will take place. The seminar is suitable for children from 4 years and no previous knowledge is necessary!

Course content:
This is about a healthy self-assessment and development of one’s own abilities in self-defence situations for oneself but also for others with the background of civil courage! The aim is to strengthen self-confidence and to teach ways of dealing with conflict!
Precisely because the focus is on fun, your child improves their own safety, coordination and physical fitness in a playful way.
This not only strengthens attention, but also self-confidence!

The groups are divided according to age into:
Kiddies: approx. 4 to 6 years old
Kids: approx. 7 to 12 years

Women Krav Maga in Berlin

Following the children’s seminar, a seminar for women only will take place from 12:00 – 14:00.
Again, no previous experience is necessary.
What you can expect in the Krav Maga Women’s Seminar:

– Tactical behaviour in attack and threat situations.
– Learn to listen to your gut feeling
– Learning vulnerable points on the attacker
– Basic defence techniques over all distances
– Combinations of different Krav Maga attack techniques
– Combinations of different Krav Maga defence techniques
– Use of various everyday objects for self-defence
– Self defence scenarios
– Stress drills
