Parents’ training parallel to Kids’ training

Due to popular demand, we would like to start a test project with you and offer training for adults in the adjoining hall parallel to the kids’ training in Cologne Deutz, which takes place every Monday at 5.00 pm.

Instead of sitting on your mobile phone or watching your children on our screen or at the edge of the mat, you can make good use of your time here and also stay fit, learn self-assertion and self-defence with us. After the training you also have a meaningful dialogue with your children, because the topic is the same, only that you train the 18+ version with us ;-)
