Self-defence for women on 25.05.2024
The special thing about Krav Maga is that it does not depend on size or strength to be able to defend oneself effectively as a woman.
Almost every day there are reports in the media of assaults on women. We receive more and more requests for effective self-defence at the Krav Maga Institute, because here the defences are practised not only against one, but also several attackers under artificial stress through intuitive reactions.
The participants learn:
– Recognise danger early and act accordingly
– Techniques and tactics for effective self-defence
– How to act uncompromisingly without rules in an emergency
– Scenario training under artificial stress
The course is suitable for all women from the age of 18 (from the age of 16 accompanied by a parent or guardian or with a declaration of consent). No previous experience is required.
