The propensity to violence is also increasing towards nurses, paramedics and doctors. Patrick and Sabine were therefore in the emergency room to help the people who help us in an emergency! In the first training for the emergency room team of the St. Franziskus Hospital in Cologne-Ehrenfeld, we started with team training, orientation in the room as well as stress and scenario drills, which were about remaining capable of acting even under acute stress.
