to the Krav-Maga-Institut Membership
We expressly do not train those from whom we want to protect ourselves!
- Civil Krav Maga – civilian population (Basic, Advanced & Open Class)
- Kids Krav Maga – Kiddy 5-7 years / Kids 7-12 years (Kiddy/Kids)
- Teenagers Krav Maga – teenagers 12-17 years (teenagers)
- Women only Krav Maga(Women Only) over the age of 18
- Law Enforcement Krav Maga – BOS-members e.g. police, fire brigade, rescue service (Law Enforcement) only with service card! With rescue service also otherwise provable.
- Military Krav Maga – soldiers of the German Federal Armed Forces (Military) only with service card!
The following equipment should be purchased for continuous training!
- No groin, no Krav Maga
- Toothpaste
- Matting shoes
- MMA and/or boxing gloves (16Oz)
- Shin guard
- head protection with grating (recommendation – sparring with weapons, e.g. sticks)
- Comfortable sportswear
- A towel and something to drink.
- Identity card, we do not train those we wish to protect ourselves from!
If you already have the following equipment, please bring it with you:
- deep protection
- Mat shoes -> wrestling boots, we train on the mats ONLY with such shoes or barefoot
- If required, mouthguard
No? Then we’ll provide you with a loaner deep cover. If this is too unhygienic for you, despite our regular disinfection, you can purchase our KRAVolution training equipment at any location at a reasonable price:
- deep protection: 20-24€
- Shoes: 45€
- tooth protection without adjustment: 19€

No, Krav Maga is based on reflexes and intuition, so Krav Maga can be learned quickly and effectively by anyone.
However, if you have previous experience in martial arts -> great, then we don’t have to show you how to punch/kick correctly and you can concentrate fully on the techniques.
For a test training it is suitable:
- Basic
- Open Class
- Women only.
Each Krav Maga training unit is self-contained, i.e. you can not come to the training for 3 weeks and can easily get back into the training because a new technique (not constructive) is trained with each training unit.
You don’t have to be very athletic, just physically healthy.
Cancellation period 4 weeks before expiry of the contract, otherwise extension of the contract by the same length.
