The special thing about Krav Maga is that it does not depend on size or strength to be able to defend yourself effectively as a woman. The techniques are essentially no different from mixed training, but the structure of this seminar is different. Women are usually exposed to different attacks than men. It is not only about sexual assaults but also about other threatening and attacking situations. We show you how women can defend themselves in the best possible way. No woman is a victim and men who think that women cannot defend themselves are quickly proven wrong!
Almost every day the media reports about attacks on women. We receive more and more requests for effective self-defence at the Krav Maga Institute, because here the defenses are practiced not only against one but also several attackers under artificial stress by intuitive reactions. The credo is here: “Always be a hard target”! Flee or fight, never freeze and woman learns in this seminar to defend herself “unfairly” according to all rules!
The participants learn:
– to recognize dangers early and to avoid them
– Techniques and tactics for effective self-defence
– Uncompromising action without rules in case of emergency
– Scenario training under artificial stress
The course is suitable for all women aged 18 and over (from 16 years of age accompanied by a parent or guardian or with a declaration of consent). Prior knowledge is not required.
