THE Krav Maga Crash Course during the autumn vacations 🤸
We teach your child a healthy self-assessment and promote the development of their own abilities in self-defense situations – for themselves but also for others, with the background of civil courage! In this course your child learns to defuse situations with our de-escalation training, to strengthen its perception and to defend itself against stronger or peers with Krav Maga. KRAV MAGA is always about prevention – we teach your child how to avoid physical confrontations and conflicts and how to appear self-confident! But also to use your own body and your own power efficiently to defend yourself in an emergency.
We plan 4 hours of fun and sports activities in self-defense situations and 1 hour break daily.
The training is divided into the following age groups:
– Kids (5-12 years)
– Teens (13-17 years)
