Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, on two days a self-defence course “Women Only” for women of our women’s network apoWomenNetwork took place at the Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank. The course was held in March 2019, 6 course units of 60 minutes each, at our bank by the employees of KRAV MAGA Institut GmbH to our complete satisfaction. They were two great trainings, from which the participants could take a lot of “self-confidence” with them.

A hard, but rewarding training to be able to react quickly and correctly in an emergency. Especially important for me as a lecturer at a security academy (IHK examination for expertise according to § 34a GewO) to give my participants the basics for their work, but also for every “private person” Krav Maga is the right choice. Carsten, Chris and the competent team of trainers are the ideal contact persons for realistic self-defence. With today’s attacks, which are possible at any time, especially in the evening in the city or in public transport, the optimal training to be prepared.
