09.04.20 – 4pm – 360° Krav Maga self-defence technique for children

360° training for children and teenagers, which in Krav Maga is also known as Outside Defense, i.e. the defense against indirect attacks (punches) from the outside such as slaps, hook punches, etc. Today with Patrick in the park. Playful learning is the program here, which also starts in the “warm-up”, it just has to be fun, the teaching effect comes almost by itself ;)
