In this video Patrick and one of our Kids Students show you the defense against the headlock from the side. We always deal with de-escalation in children and teenager training first, but due to time constraints we don’t go into this in the film. Instead we focus on the technique – namely the release from headlock from the side. The point here is to turn in directly as quickly as possible!
